Introduction of our Associate Partner Diana Wörner

Today we introduce our long-time Associate Partner, Diana Wörner. Thank you for answering a few questions about yourself today.Diana, you know our product portfolio in the areas of leadership, sales productivity and change management.

What are your specialties that you bring to the table as an Associate Partner of CEVEYGROUP?

My “specialty” is working with international groups. I really enjoy making the variety of different perspectives usable.

Accompanying long-term change processes is also one of my hobbies. The close interaction and trusting relationship with clients enables me to design highly individualized and effective interventions for them.

Methodologically, I love the entire spectrum of solution- and resource-oriented methods. Looking at “treasures” and what works as starting points for further development is much more motivating than focusing on deficits.

Which 3 trends do you think our clients should focus on at the moment?

In times when our working world is changing rapidly and challenges us, I consider the following 3 trends to be particularly important:
1. agilize the way we lead and collaborate as much as possible.
2. continuously explore the virtual possibilities, e.g. virtual reality
3. engaging and motivating individuals and groups through the use of playful methods, e.g., Lego Serious Play

What 3 specific tips can you give them in this regard?

1. encourage self-organization, carry out learning cycles at high frequency
2. regularly take a bird’s eye view and realign yourself on the basis of the “big picture
3. use the existing diversity, i.e. perceive the whole person and his/her competencies, not only limited to his/her current role.
