More information about CPE
Diagnosis and development
The web-based CPE (Cooperation Potential Evaluation) is a system to assess those potentials that are important with regard to communication, cooperation, positive thinking and performance orientation. All participants in the control group have a high level of responsibility but do not fulfill a supervisory function. The CPE assesses strengths and areas of development in a manner similar to the LPE and SPE, using 7 main factors and a total of 14 detailed factors which are then added up to form one comprehensive key figure.
The easy-to-read profile allows specific recommendations to be made in terms of how to develop strengths and how to improve in areas of development. A report, put together by a certified expert, contains the interpretation of particularly notable results.
Application and issues addressed
The CPE is of assistance in the following areas:
- Selecting employees without a supervisory function for specific key positions
- Potential assessments for employees without supervisory function
- Evaluating potential focus areas of training programs and qualification schemes
- Coaching and job training
- Developing a communication and cooperation culture

Personnel selection
The CPE allows you to assess personality traits that have a positive effect on teamwork, performance and the long-term stability and satisfaction with the task. The CPE is especially useful when choosing employees for particularly important keypositions.
Potential development / systematic job training
By including the CPE in applications and in job training the soft skills central to performance orientation and success can be assessed alongside professional qualifications.
