Diagnosis and development
With CSYSTEAM you can measure your team‘s fitness level and identify the right steps to take to improve the team’s performance, its focus, the team spirit and increase satisfaction levels. CSYSTEAM brings to the table over 20 years of experience in team development. As is the case with the LPE and the SPE, each individual participant completes the CYSYSTEAM analysis. The results are evaluated individually for each participant, and for the team as a whole. The team profile provides a compact overview of the team’s fitness level. You can see at first glance where your team stands on each of the 7 main and 11 detailed factors. Based on this evaluation you are able to tell what the strengths and areas of development are. Additionally, you can see to what extent the individual team members’ perceptions of the team’s situation differ and to what extent the team leader’s evaluation differs from the team’s results.
