Diagnosis and development
The PLE was developed for use in project management with the intention of including an assessment of the leadership characteristics crucial to successful project management in selection and development processes. The PLE assesses strengths and areas of development using 4 main factors and a total of 16 detailed factors which are then aggregated to form one comprehensive key figure. The easy-to-read profile allows specific recommendations to be made in terms of how to develop strengths and how to improve in areas of development. In addition to the test profile, each participant is provided with a detailed report put together by a certified expert.
