Today we introduce our Senior Consultant Stefan Krötz.

Stefan, thank you for answering a few questions about yourself.

How long have you been with CEVEYGROUP and what was your biggest aha experience as a senior consultant?

My journey together with CEVEGROUP started over 3 years ago. What is particularly fulfilling and motivating for me is that I get to have an “aha” experience in almost every week: with every customer / with every project / with every group of participants, I take away something new and inspiring. It is extremely exciting to see how the participants take up and implement our tips and tools and how our content affects their (professional and private) everyday life in the long term.

What focus topics do you bring to the table?

As a consultant and trainer I am active in all areas of the CEVEYGROUP, i.e. I support and accompany our customers in leadership, sales and change topics. On the one hand, the associated variety requires a great deal of flexibility with regard to content – on the other hand, this thematic diversity spurs me on enormously to be open and ready to learn every day anew for the individual challenges of our customers.

Which 3 trends do you think our customers should focus on at the moment?

Due to my business background, I closely monitor current developments in the commodity, energy and logistics markets and the associated economic consequences. In the VUKA world, companies and their employees have to face these or similar challenges again and again or in ever shorter cycles. Added to this are megatrends such as digitization, leadership cultures in transition, and the expectations and values of generations Y and Z – all of which are highly relevant for the implementation of New Work concepts.

What can we as CEVEYGROUP contribute to this in concrete terms?

With all the challenges and trends mentioned above, it is above all the mindset of the employees that determines how a company copes with these issues – and it is precisely this point that we focus on in all our consulting & training. In parallel, we point out the high relevance of the topic “psychological security” for a positive change of mindset and work out practical examples for this. A key prerequisite for the agility that so many companies are striving for today is therefore the appropriate attitude of their employees as well as a suitable leadership culture.
