Ralph, welcome to CEVEYGROUP as an Associate Partner. Nice of you to answer some questions about yourself today.

You know our product portfolio in leadership, sales productivity and change management. What are your specialties that you bring to the table as an associate partner here?

My strength lies in my practical experience. With over 25 years in the IT business as a sales manager, managing director and advisory board member, I know the challenges from my own experience, especially in changing and leading organizations and in the complex B2B sales process. This practical relevance, combined with the outstanding tools of the CEVEYGROUP, guarantees successful projects for our customers.

Which 3 trends do you think our customers should focus on at the moment?
1. attracting and, above all, retaining valuable managers and employees over the long term is becoming a differentiating factor for successful companies.
2. sales no longer take place in traditional structures, but are increasingly virtual and self-determined on the part of the customer.
3. due to the ever faster changing business parameters, lifelong learning is more than ever a must for one’s own and the company’s success.

What 3 specific tips can you give them in this regard?
1. companies must be clear about what they want, what they stand for, and how they can derive from this to become and remain attractive to the best employees and talents. It requires an authentic corporate culture consisting of purpose, vision and mission.
2. in order to be found by potential customers today, but also to remain the “preferred supplier” for existing customers, it is increasingly important to position oneself as a “thought leader”. This requires a clear target group definition as well as a clearly defined brand promise and is the task of the entire company across all customer touch points, not just those who are in direct contact with the customer.
3. learning does not have to consist only of theory and literature, targeted coaching in practice and a confidential exchange with like-minded peers helps to quickly and sustainably receive targeted advice, new perspectives and inspiration.
