We welcome Dr. Thomas Pfohl as a new Associate Partner of CEVEYGROUP.

Thomas welcome as Associate Partner of CEVEYGROUP. Nice of you to answer a few questions about yourself today.

You know our product portfolio in #leadership, #salesproductivity and #changemanagement. What are your specialties that you bring to the table as an Associate Partner here.

The combination of classic and innovative approaches is my hobbyhorse. In doing so, an open mindset, curiosity and the toolbox of methods from the agile world play a central role for me in shaping sustainable organizations.

Which 3 trends do you think our customers should focus on at the moment?

Agile sales: Sales processes and the interaction between the individual players will change fundamentally. To respond to customer demands, processes and ways of working will adapt.

Leadership: Classical leadership is coming under pressure in the VUCA world and can no longer respond adequately to environmental requirements. In this context, the understanding of the role of leadership, in the sense of control, will be fundamentally questioned. Self-organization, lateral leadership and shared leadership roles will become increasingly relevant.

Change management: In the future, traditional change management will be replaced by co-creative transformation projects. Participation of all relevant stakeholders will become more central to sustainable impact and development.

What 3 specific tips can you give them in this regard?
Learning from each other: Many things that seem new are already standard in other areas and/or industries. The targeted view beyond the end of one’s nose can bring speed into the development of one’s own department.

Willingness to change should be firmly integrated as a constant in one’s own actions. To ensure that this does not become an excessive demand, one’s own and organizational resilience should be continuously built up.

Create spaces for experimentation: Change must become tangible. A good instrument for this are so-called pop-up labs, which make free spaces for new things possible.
